PCs are very useful for every modern automated office- it may be as small as a travel agent or as big as US Department of Security. In an average size office uses more then thousand PCs for employed their valuable resources people. All people are not equally efficient for the company. But all of them use PCs, which are sleeping every time, except some busy hours.

As a result, a PC needs to enjoy its sleeping time when it is not able to get a proper company. A stand-by-mood is regular sickness of a general PCs used in Offices, Home, and Education Institution.

Every minute, around the world millions of PCs are in Stand-by-Mood and they are hungry for the Power. High skyscrapers of a metro contain millions of PC working 24 hours. Are all of them using as much power as they need to do its functions?

In a common office, most of the PCs are 2- 4 years older, may be more than that. The Power management system of an average PC is not proper to use the Power efficiently. Big amounts of power are they using where they are not working for its owner’s company. To produce those big amounts of power, the power plants are producing a large quantity of green house gases.
These green house gases are increasing the mercury level of the earth. For that, we have the face a lot of tsunamis, hurricanes around the year in various parts of the world. What is the solution for this?
Will we stop using our PCs? How can we use more efficiently? How can we improve the power management system of our personal computers?
