The demand fro energy is increasing all over the world. India is country with more then 100 billions population consuming nearly 7% of that figure as our electricity bill every year. I think you don’t get me. In India we annually consume $7 billions USD as electric bill. And you would be surprise again; the IT people are more responsible for this result as they are using more than 25 % of total consumptions.  In is going to be a virtual data Center for the world. All the data are pumping from the heart like blood in the various part of the globe. Day by day the buying a computer becomes cheaper. But to maintain a computer in full functional mood is harder due to its maintenance costing.  So buying a computer after 5 or 6 year is just buying an ordinary Mobil Phone for a retail shop.  Computers are putted on the market at a very low price by the manufactures company but the user will run away due to the high maintenance costing.  So we need green computers. Like sustainable environment development we need sustainable computing also. The management to power consumption is the main issue for the system developers in the cyber world. I want to say the chip designers are concentrating on the environment rather than high speed computer. Because there is a saying ‘life is more valuable than the time.’ So the planate is first. We don’t want to go back to the Stone Age. We want the future world as a home of human. It is possible if we make our home and office green- not buy only by annual plantation but also reducing the electric bill using proper power management system.
