Educated working women living in the major cities in India are not getting enough time to decorate their home. Mrs. Amrita Roy is a software engineer working in a private company in Pune. She is a mother of one child and her baby is now 4 years old. She and her husband are working tighter in a private multi national company. Mrs. Roy is in a conflict situation about her baby’s education. She got a high salary package as a HR manager for her company she makes her works place more productive and enjoyable for all employs .She loves her work much and she hardly gets enough time to spend with her baby. There is one of the most common problems from the working class women in India. The sophisticated life style of corporate people make their work place almost like their home. They fell much comfortable and at home during working. The point is that they loss their valuable time for managing their home. The major success is not always calculated depending on the parameters like money, car and financial future. It is also very important as a success full man or women, you have spent a little of time for your home and family. There is a pro verb that “home is home through its never so homely” Even a giant feel his home like heaven. If we are so busy and not getting enough time for our home, than surely we are missing something in life .Mrs. Amrita Roy is associate with great professionalism and work culture, but she fail to provide proper parental care for her baby, never mind I don’t feel every working women are like that example of Mrs. Roy . But managing both office and home like a HR manager for some of the greatest women of India. At the age of 4 years a child brain grows at much higher rate than its other tears. At the time a strong parental control over their various activities make their brain positively conscionable. Different countries arrange day care center for the babies of working class women. This method of child care center fulfills all the demand of baby and provide special kid learning process for better developing and growth of children mind. But there is some scarcity/deficiency of parental affection. The care that a mother can provide is un comparable to any kind of nursing that provide by some trained day care center. The children fill a want of some nice time that they spear with their parents. If you are a working women it is a moral duty as a parent that you should give some time to your children. At the very early age the children are naturally very soft minded. There is a learning and a perfect home environment is a unmatched learning environment for a baby. As a parent you have to give more concentration on developing their behavior and manners. The immature child is just like a soft mud and as a parent it is your duty to convert this mud into a beautiful clay model.
