In 80s the trend of globalization was not to much accept by the European companies. They depend on the local labor for good production and better management. The business process outsourcing reduces the wages cost and the work load is transferred into the outsourcing destination like Asia and Africa. As a result the European nations like Germany and the UK are facing some unemployment problem of skilled laborers during the 90s. The cost cutting management process of private companies in Europe and negative managerial process change the picture of job market. To face such economical declined some serious steps are taken by the European nations. As an industrial location the European nations changes their taxation system and encourage industrial countries in employment of local employees to solve this problem in a positive solution. The impact of globalization changes the global business opportunities. Not only have the investors chosen the Asian countries as a destination for outsourcing their back office jobs but also set up new business processing firm in countries like Indian to employed low cost skilled labors. The fashionable concept of globalization removes the barrier of country border and the international market of open for the job seekers.

Business center and even the educational institute expand their services globally for international customers. This increases the business opportunities for the small and medium investors of Third worlds countries and open new job opportunities for the educated skilled workers. The managerial success of a company highly depends on the profit and growth and it is highly depends on the cost efficiency of labors. The European labors market faced a negative impact due to globalization in mid 90s. The employers moving ability from one place to another in searching of low waging cost reduces the job opportunity of Germany and the UK job seekers. Skilled works from different fields like IT and Automobiles loss their job as because those companies have opened their business center in Asian market. They reduce the local work forces and increase the international working force for low costing. They made no compromise with their product or services and successfully running there business for European market as well as the Asian markets also. The extra ordinary competitions in labor market are helping the employers with the facility of choosing the best services at low prices. However this makes a new scope for European job seekers to find their suitable job in management, HR and IT in India and this country is the best place for living as the cost of living is comparatively lower then the salary that provide by any good employer.

Indian Mini Satellite

Indian Space research organization has made another successful milestone in the Indian space research history. PSLV C9 was successfully lunched on 28th April from the world class Indian satellite launcher station at Sriharikota in the state of Andrapradesh. Last Monday ISRO scientists made a press release on that occasion. The news makes the entire legislator Assembly member delighted. The President of India congratulates the team for their grant success. The Satellite vehicle was carrying 10 Satellites owned by different countries including India. Among the ten satellites 2 are Indian – Indian Mini Satellite 1 & 2 and they build at ISRO center at Bangalore. All these Satellites are small in size and nearly 50 kg in weight and space scientist call the nano Satellites. All these satellites have different orbit to revolve around the earth and there is no chance of any collision between them. No other satellite vehicle than PSLV C9 is able to carry 10 satellite at a time.
This successful lunching is done by the use of total India technology. The skills of Indian scientists make it possible without any support from other country. This is a straight forward step by the ISRO for their next Moon Mission 2009.

Another perfect example of women empowerment in India is the 30% quota system for women in all national Law school in India. Now in every nation law colleges women will get 30% reserved seats. The crime against women is not decreased after the independence of in India. The women are victim of not getting proper judgment or long lasting judgment. If the number of woman lawyers increases in various state town then the women can get the benefit of law form a woman lawyer. Law education system in India is governed by the national law school and they conduct admission test for the entrance to the law school. After the completion of 10+2 education it is a good chance for any young lady to choose law as good educational option. A five year integrated Law degree can help a woman to take law as career in future. For that a common admission tests for law entrance very important.

Political freedom for women

Political freedom for women is not only a regional problem of any part of the world. It is now a global issue. Do we really want women in power? It is a big question for the people who want the women empower meant. India is world largest democracy in the world. In India’s point of view the social reform in the grass root level has made a successful impact in the society. A lot of women are joining politics and making a good voice fro their right. It is not surprising that women understand the social protection of very citizen of a country like a mother do. When a woman consciously speaks about the rights and responsibility, it makes a good sense.  The other evil power try to stop them using their all money and power. In modern development of the society, India put a very good example for the empowerment of women in the democracy. After independent the country’s women population was not neglected. The first lady prime minister, Mrs. Indira Gandhi made several corrections in the women empowerment and India gets a valuable result in the social reform. The inequity in gender is still a problem not only in south Asia but around the world. In politics, women are severally neglected. They are eliminated from the front. We see a lot of example is the past and present. The recent assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister, Benazir Bhutto reminds the murder of Indian Prime Minister Mrs. Ghandhi in 1984. She returned from UK to reestablish the democracy in her country. In country like Myanmar, novel peace Lori ate was stopped. Even in the USA, if we read the hillary clinton bio we get the former first Lady received criticism for her activities for social reformation. There is a healthy relationship between the progress of economy and the progress of women. For the overall developed economy, even the country like the USA can’t oppose the presence of women in the government formation for healthy national steps forward.  Any policy decision related to social life remains incomplete without the decision of women. In activities connected with the social reform and its continuous improvement, women have a significant duty to perform. There are a number of activities for society and national renovation in which women have dedicated them. The strengthening of a nation is not secured, if the women are neglected by the nation.

The Australians have a good chance as they are getting the facility of the home ground. But they are comfortable with any condition.  In the game of cricket they are very professional. The provision of an unmarried mother and her child

A lot of young women around the world are facing the problem of unmarried pregnancy in their early stage of womanhood. Generally the educated and working class face this kind of problem rather than the poorer section of the society. According to some nonofficial report in the metros the rate of abortion is higher them the small towns. Minimum percentage of that number goes to the proper medical professional and other go to some low quality unqualified Doctors. A local doctor says that young teenagers and divorced wife come for abortion. One third of the total abortion cases are unmarried. But this kind of case is a older as the marriage system. The difference is that the society support a married woman to become a mother and an unmarried mother don’t get the social status like others. An unmarried mother has to face a lot of difficulties in their daily living and in course of pregnancy. The origin of the words ‘Kumari Maa’ in Hindi means an unmarried mother. This proves that the rule is very old in the society. She has no respect in the society. If some one in the Vedic age becomes pregnant due to unconscious relation she was departed from all kind of social customs and she was known as a character less person in the society. The leader of the society gave that kind of punishment to her and her family.

But, if we make a research on the life history of the great writer, Bayash who wrote the epic Mahabharat, we’ll find he is a son of an unmarried daughter of a fisherman. A Manish loved her and He was born in a fisherman’s house. Karan is also a son of unmarried mother Kunti.

In the 13^th century the problem of teenage pregnancy was increased in India due the social condition and low stand of living for the women. Teenage unmarried mothers were sent to the orphanage during the pregnancy and the children got care in those orphanages. The number of unmarried mother and orphan children are increasing not only in India but allover the world. The condition is not so bed in the villages. The social structure in Indian villages is not supportive to grow this kind of problem. In the cities women are living alone and their age is over in respect of marriage time. So they believe in some kind of relation with their partner and regardless about the future complicacy. As a result they become pregnant. Men are also sometime doing that without taking any responsibility. They promise to young women for marriage life and made relations. In future they brake that promise and not ready to take the responsibility of the baby. This kind of man has no right for his child and the mother is the guardian of that child till he or she is 18 years old. This is not a encouragement for the unmarried mothers. Some kind of women like to be independent and they use men as their toy and after being a unmarried she wants some kind of financial return from her older friend. We want a society where every child has the right to grow up with all kind of respect and facility.

 

Mickey Mouse is now in the Text Book

The famous cartoon of Walter Disney, Mickey Mouse will act as a bookish character in the children book. The students love this cartoon character as friend and the book become more enjoyable for the young readers in the school. The Rajasthan state Education board has approved this addition in the initial level of lower primary education system. The experiment is an innovative and the books are in the children’s hand from 2008.  This is a better replacement of comic book indeed.
